Costeen Hatzi, the glamorous girlfriend of tennis star Nick Kyrgios, has made her debut in a sleek promotional video for a stunning new home in Sydney’s inner west that is aiming to set a suburb record. The 23-year-old social media influencer, who boasts 176k Instagram followers, is seen enjoying the property’s features, walking down a chic spiral staircase, jogging the Bay Run, swimming, and even appearing in two shower scenes.

Hatzi, who is also the founder of Studio.style dress hire, met Kyrgios in late 2021 after he came across her Instagram ad selling a mirror. Now, she is making her first foray into property promotion, featuring in a video for the luxurious four-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 77 Burnell St, Russell Lea. The property is expected to fetch a record-breaking $12 million.

Marketed as a “waterside masterpiece,” the home offers breathtaking views of Iron Cove Bay, a resort-style pool, marble finishes, a home cinema, a commercial-grade lift, and rear lane access to a four-car stacker garage. The home is being sold via an expressions of interest campaign led by Lee Trakosas of Kosas Property, in collaboration with Dib Chidiac.

Star power: Hatzi’s video promoting 77 Burnell St, Russell Lea is her very first property promo.

The property was developed by Danny Tahan of PAMA, who purchased the 508sqm site for $5.27 million. PAMA, also known for sponsoring the West Tigers, currently has multiple luxury projects in the works across Sydney’s inner west. To further boost interest, renowned landscape designer Jamie Durie is slated to showcase the home’s smart system, Control 4.

The property is set to smash suburb records. Marble finishes are prominent throughout.

The resort-style pool is just one of the attractions.

With the current Russell Lea record standing at $9.2 million, this exceptional home is well-positioned to surpass it. The suburb’s median house price has surged by 10.2% over the past year, now standing at $3 million.
