A Noosaville jetty has come on to the market for the eye-watering price tag.
The listing for Jetty 33 on Gympie Terrace in the highly-desirable Noosaville boasts of an “extremely rare opportunity” for buyers.
The sale not only includes the private landing, but also a berthed houseboat that could provide some amenities for the new owner.
The houseboat is currently used as a holiday letting, and has a potential yearly rental yield of more than $130,000.
The jetty last sold in 2016 for $165,000 without the boat.
