F45 Gym boss Adam Gilchrist has announced he intends to demolish the record $14 million property he recently bought off his neighbour and replace it with a swimming pool.
Residents living in the beachside suburb were gobsmacked to hear reports that the gym boss plans to put a wrecking ball through the two-year-old house, which is the last home on the road before the beach.
Co-founder of the F45 gym franchise, Mr Gilchrist and his wife Eli bought a single-storey Freshwater bungalow at auction in 2017 paying $5.4 million.
At the time that was a record for the suburb.
