Melbourne’s billionaire Geminder family has quietly snapped up the house next door to their expansive landholding in the exclusive inner-eastern suburbs.

Raphael and Fiona Geminder have amassed an estate that has been described as the Taj Mahal of Kooyong after spending years buying up properties that adjoin their historic mansion Thanes.
