A CONVERTED Annandale warehouse owned by The Block co-creator Julian Cress has found a new owner.
McGrath Newtown’s Damien West could not disclose the final sale price, but it is believed to be around the property’s asking price of $4.5 million.
The four-bedroom home at 43 Johnston Lane was bought by a couple from Potts Point, with three other parties also interested.
