Sports commentator and former contestant on The Block Bianca Chatfield is selling her Kew apartment, with price hopes of $560,000 to $610,000.
The apartment was listed late last week and Ms Chatfield is looking to sell as Melbourne’s property prices improve after an 18-month downturn in the market.
Ms Chatfield, who was part of the Australian Diamonds netball team, has owned the two-bedroom apartment at 12/16 Grace Court for about a decade.
The apartment has been her home base while travelling with the Diamonds, including during the Commonwealth Games in 2014 where she was vice-captain of the gold medal-winning team.
