This year’s The Block NZ final auction will go ahead in November despite the ups and downs – including production delays – brought on by the COVID-19 Delta outbreak in New Zealand.
Season nine’s four Point Chevalier homes are set to go under the hammer on November 6 in a virtual event conducted by Ray White real estate, and broadcast during The Block NZ‘s grand final on Three.
After the bidding is over, the winning team will be revealed, taking home the grand prize of $100,000.
Under the rules of the competition, all teams will take home any profit their houses earn above the auction reserve price. The additional $100,000 grand prize is awarded to the team that makes the greatest profit.
All of The Block NZ houses are currently open for virtual inspection on the Ray White website.
Broadcast details for Three’s The Block NZ Auction Grand Final will be announced soo
