The three teams that earned no money at on The Block NZ: Firehouse auction are to get a little sweetener.
TSB, a sponsor of The Block NZ, has announced it will give $10,000 to each of the losing teams: Sophia and Mikaere, Ethan and Sam, and Stacy and Adam.
Two of the apartments failed to sell during the auction – Stacy Heyman and Adam Middleton’s (Apartment 1), and Sophia and Mikaere Gardiner’s penthouse (Apartment 4). Apartment 1 sold later in the evening for the reserve, which was $1.48 million.
