Ronnie and Georgia Caceres’ stunning home from this year’s season of The Block has hit the rental market, advertised for $2300 per week – or almost $10,000 per month.
The four-bedroom Hampton house has been advertised for rent less than two weeks after it was bought by an investor at auction for $3,696,000.
The Bronte Court home – the top-scoring property from this season of the reality TV show – is available to be leased fully furnished from December 6, according to the listing, and will require a bond of $11,500.
Having sold through David Wood of Belle Property Sandringham, the house is now listed for rent with Stefan Joannides, of Belle Property South Melbourne. Mr Joannides declined to comment.
Fans of the show will be familiar with the stylish, light-filled home, which was the judges’ favourite and the most viewed of the five properties.
The luxurious family home has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, an expansive living and dining zone, and a state-of-the-art kitchen and butler’s pantry. Then there’s the stunning spiral staircase, the study, basement cinema – complete with a starry sky ceiling – and cellar, al fresco entertaining area, pool and a two-car garage.
At an advertised rent of $2300 per week, it’s asking almost triple the suburb’s median house rent of $795 per week, with the median rent falling 6.5 per cent over the year to September, Domain figures show.
