A Port Melbourne apartment in a former soap factory made famous by The Block is on the market.
The 7/164 Ingles Street property was left untouched as a shell after contestants on the 2016 season completed renovations on six other pads in the Art Deco building.
Builders from Liefting Merlo Homes bought the tri-level space from the show’s producers in 2017, and spent about six months transforming it into a stylish modern pad.

CoreLogic records show they initially listed their creation in November 2018, but the property was removed from the market about six months later with no sale.
