SHE has been entertaining South Australians for years – now former reality TV star and cabaret performer Amity Dry hopes to sell homes for prices that are music to the ears.
Having had her cabaret earnings smashed by COVID-19 this year, the former reality TV renovation show star – she appeared with then-husband Phil Rankine in The Block’s first season in 2003 and then in 2013’s The Block All Stars – has become a real estate agent.
“It’s always been in the back of my mind that if I was going to do another career that I’d do real estate,” Ms Dry said.
She used her COVID-enforced downtime to condense a six-month real estate course into seven weeks and has now joined Ouwens Casserly as a selling agent.
