A former boarding house, that housed vulnerable tennants in the Auckland suburb of Kingsland, will likely to be turned into “high-end apartments” as part of The Block reality show.
Stuff reported in November, 2017, that renovations had started on the former Kingsland fire station to ready it for The Block.
Applications are open for anyone wanting to compete on 2019’s season of The Block, converting the old boarding house into apartments.
