Entrepreneur Rob Deutsche has included another property from his portfolio in the eastern suburbs for sale. The Coogee apartment, boasting two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is scheduled for auction on November 2. This Beach St residence, spanning 91 square meters, was purchased for $2.121 million back in 2017, marking the last sale within the Bay Vista complex.

In May, it was listed for rent at $1,200 per week through First Hand Real Estate, a slight increase from its $1,000 rental price in March 2020. The marketing pitch for the property highlights its unique status as the suburb’s closest residence to Coogee Beach, offering breathtaking beach and ocean views from its prized beachfront location.
This modern apartment features spacious open-plan living and dining areas, complemented by a contemporary stone gas kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead to a magnificent covered entertainment terrace, providing a spectacular ocean backdrop. The property comes complete with secure double parking and is just moments away from the sand, surf, popular cafés, The Coogee Pavilion, and renowned dining options.
According to PropTrack, the median unit price in Coogee stands at $1.257 million, reflecting a 10.2% decrease over the past year.

This property sale marks another significant step in Deutsch’s ongoing real estate divestment. Deutsch, the founder of the renowned fitness franchise F-45, recently purchased a $36 million trophy home in Bellevue Hill in February. In April 2022, he achieved a near-suburb record by selling his stunning Bronte beachfront property for $17.7 million. Additionally, he experienced a slight loss in March on an investment apartment in Bondi Beach, selling a two-bedroom abode on Jaques Ave for $1.615 million, just under the $1.65 million paid in 2019.
In December 2020, Deutsch acquired a block of flats in Bondi for $21 million, with discussions about potential redevelopment or conversion into a family home. This property has since been relisted. Additionally, Deutsch owns a weekend retreat in Burradoo, which he acquired for $4.8 million.
