Shakespeare said a rose by any other name would smell as sweet, but according to a recent poll, the same cannot be said for real estate agents.
RateMyAgent, an online portal where consumers can literally rate their real estate agent, has released The Agent Name Report showing the most popular, influential and endangered names in the property game.
After crunching the numbers behind more than 300,000 property sales across the country in 2018, and the more than 30,000 agents who are behind them, RateMyAgent specifically looked at agent names, and the 362 most common ones.
According to the quirky findings it’s not just an agent’s name that makes a difference, but how many letters a name has.
