Want to buy a house in Huntleys Point? Too bloody bad. You can’t. For one simple reason: Nobody sells their homes in Huntleys Point. Ever. Well, perhaps that’s an exaggeration, but out of the 62 properties in the area, there certainly wasn’t a contract exchanged last year. Not a sausage.
“Huntleys Point is a small suburb and small suburbs tend to dominate those tightly held areas,” says Nicola Powell, senior research analyst at Domain.
