Views, views, views – it’s easy to see what captured Theresa Gattung’s heart when she first moved into her Oriental Parade apartment in Wellington.
Just one storey up on the second floor of the Bay Point development, the luxury apartment has privacy and uninterrupted sea and beach views, yet it’s low enough for Gattung to feel part of the action.
The businesswoman and philanthropist who once headed Telecom, now Spark, has owned the apartment since it was built in 2003, but job commitments in Auckland and overseas have meant she has had to move north – her latest venture is SheEO, an initiative aimed at supporting new business ventures by female entrepreneurs.
