The sale price of the Woollahra investment apartment of Today Show host Georgie Gardner and her investment banker husband Tim Baker has emerged as $862,500.
It failed to find a March auction buyer, and sold later at an undisclosed price. The couple had initially hoped agent Bethwyn Richards would secure $900,000.
