Supercouple Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are said to have a combined net worth of more than $1 billion.
A considerable slice of that is their real estate holdings and property profits which are set to be carved up if, or when the pair divorce, as is being widely speculated.
Brady is not only an NFL superstar, he is also a property mogul and much of the big money success he has had in the real estate game has been during his 13-year marriage with Bündchen.

According to the New York Post, Brady has sold more than $US140m ($A221m) of properties, enjoying a profit of more than $US30 million.
Brady’s current portfolio is made up of a series of homes from New York to Florida in a portfolio worth around $US30m.
Brady shares these homes with 40-year-old Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen, with whom he has two children, Benjamin, 11, and Vivian, 8.
The couple had plans to build a $Us50m home here.
Whether or not the couple have a pre-nuptial agreement in place is unknown but either way, these properties and the monies from earlier sales is likely to be the subject of dispute if the high profile pair do go their separate ways.
These are the homes that will be at the centre of that dispute, and some of the homes Brady has flipped previously for huge profits.
Billionaire’s Bunker, Miami, Florida
A recent buy on Indian Creek Island, aka Billionaire’s Bunker, Brady and Bündchen had planned to knock down the $US17m, 5-bed, 5-bath home that sits on two acres and build their dream home which was estimated to cost around $30m.
They rented this home before buying.
It cost $US75,000 a month to rent.
There they would count the likes of Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump as neighbours.
Before the Bradys bought that property they rented Yankess legend Derek Jeter’s house in Davis Islands, Tampa, just 20 minutes from the Buccaneers’ Raymond James Stadium at a cost of $US75,000 a month.
Tribeca, New York City
Brady and Bündchen downsized their Manhattan abode late last year.
The new, smaller condo was bought for $US3.6 million compared to the $US36.8 million their larger condo sold for. Both condos are on the 12th floor, in part, because 12 is Brady’s “lucky number” from his days with the Patriots,
Their New York pad is in this exclusive building.
