Tommy Heptinstall, who co-founded the agency Tommy’s 17 years ago with partner David Platt – has always has an eye for a winner.
The ex Harcourts and Leaders Real Estate salesperson – decided to take a punt and start his own real estate agency. The rest is history. He very quickly took his agency to #2 in the Wellington City market and opened offices in Kapiti/Mana/Upper Hutt/Lower Hutt
The Titahi Bay-born Tommy who stated working life as a window cleaner – retired a couple of years ago and sold shares to a small group of the agency’s top sales people. Melbourne is now called home – whilst spending time in London.
In 2010 after being involved in the racing industry for some time – hit “pay dirt” selling for $3.2 million, to none other but Sir Patrick Hogan
And the success has continued……
