One of Australia’s most successful real estate agencies has added a new generation of leadership to ensure its continued success as it begins its fourth decade of operation.
Charles Higgins has joined Ray White Surfers Paradise in the newly created role of Chief Executive Officer of Ray White Surfers Paradise Residential.
Mr Higgins is a highly regarded real estate operator, who has spent the past five years leading a high profile, multi-office agency in Brisbane.With more than 11 years experience calling auctions, Mr Higgins is also a strong advocate and experienced practitioner of the auction method of sale. His appointment is effective in June. He’s a leader who knows how to support agents to grow their productivity and market share and he’s led some of Australia’s best high-performing agents. Under his management one of his offices grew to be number one in the group.
Andrew Bell, OAM, is regarded as one of Australia’s most experienced and professional real estate business leaders. He will now focus his attention on supporting Mr Higgins and on other parts of the Ray White Surfers Paradise operation, including the commercial division, project management, property management and other franchise offices.
Ray White Surfers Paradise Group started in 1973, and Andrew and his brother Greg Bell have owned it for more than 30 years. In this time it has grown to a team of more than 250 people located across the Gold Coast.
The group has delivered its best results this year, reflecting the depth of relationships it has established over many decades and its ongoing dedication to continuous improvement.
