PHOTO: DAVID WHITE/HOMED Jason Bonham, the ‘scary judge’ off The Block NZ has resigned from the role, as he focuses on new international business contracts.
He was the judge that polarised viewers of The Block NZ, and no matter what you thought of Jason Bonham and his opinions, he was far and away the most entertaining judge on the show.
But alas, the scary judge is gone. Bonham has told Stuff he has resigned from The Block NZ after five seasons and will not appear in the show this year.
And, in a further nightmare for producer, Warner Bros, Bonham says Lizzi Whaley, who appeared on last year’s show will also be standing down. This is yet to be confirmed by Warner Bos. But it begs the question, just who will they get to fill these vital roles?
