According to realestate.com.au Harry Triguboff’s granddaughter Ella Lizor has pocketed $4.6 million following the pre-auction sale of a two-bedroom investment apartment in Bondi Beach’s Swell complex.
The Warners Ave garden apartment had been purchased for $2.075 million in 2012 by a company initially controlled by Harry Triguboff and his daughter Dr Orna Triguboff, but then by Lizor.

Ella Lizor, the grand daughter of Harry Triguboff has sold in Bondi Beach with the new owner putting it up for rent at $3000 a week.

The home sits right opposite Bondi Beach.
The apartment with 125sq m internal living space and 293sq m on title came with $4 million to $4.4 million guidance.
The buyer, who has interests associated with Ageis director Stephen Jankelowitz, has put it up for rent at $3000 a week via Cohen Farquharson property officer Adam Shagrin.

It was bought for $2.1m in 2012.

And sold for $3m more, 10 years later.
Lizor and husband Nir Lizor, both executives at Meriton, upgraded to a $15.25 million Bellevue Hill house earlier this year after selling in Vaucluse for $13.5 million.
