Celebrity TV renovator Shaynna Blaze lost her sea legs a little taking on a houseboat renovation in Queensland, but the result was simply stunning.
She and celebrity landscaper Charlie Albone transformed a tired houseboat that even Selling Houses Australia host Andrew Winter described as “luxurious it is not”.
Touted as their “quirkiest makeover to date”, they turned a tired 24-year-old houseboat into a chic vessel that any water savvy Gold Coaster might be proud to own.
The 44-foot houseboat belonged to single mum Indiana, who bought it after divorce for herself and two children — now Tobias, now 11, and 8-year-old Telulah.
“Sitting down in living room at night and dolphins swim past,” was how Indiana described the property and said she bought it because it “seemed glamorous and affordable”.
