NZX-listed property vehicle Investore Property is in the process of selling supermarkets in favour of Bunnings stores.

The company has announced it is selling two of its supermarkets, which are also two of the South Island’s largest Countdowns.

The South Dunedin and Christchurch supermarkets have a combined rateable value of $22.7 million in 2016.
