Two properties in the Wairarapa have sold for more than $8 million over the past two weeks.
The Hub, a new retail complex in Greytown’s Main Street sold for $5.2m to a Wellington investor just six days after going on the market.
The other property was a 1200 square metre call centre in Masterton’s Queen St, which is leased to energy company Powershop. It sold to New Caledonian investors for just under $3m.
