A HOME in California currently advertised at the highest listed price in the developed world has landed in a delicate position.

The 123-room Los Angeles estate has everything a buyer could possibly want — from a nightclub and beauty salon to parking for 100 cars — but one thing has eluded it.

More than a year after hitting the market, the home known as The Manor has yet to attract a buyer willing to pay the staggering A$266 million asking price.

The mansion on South Mapleton Dr, three houses down from the Playboy Mansion, was first listed in October 2016 by owner Petra Stunt, daughter of billionaire Formula One owner Bernie Ecclestone.
