Real estate agents have had millions in potential revenue protected in changes to sales laws, announced by the state government on Saturday.
It comes in the wake of a 2017 County Court decision, upheld by the Supreme Court in April, which saw a Ray White St Albans agent lose a $385,000 commission on the sale of an $8.8 million Keysborough industrial site.
