A property long considered vital to Blenheim’s new library and art gallery project has a new owner, but it’s not the council.
Online property files show the property on High St, currently occupied by Liquorland Blenheim, was bought by Flight Timber director Rick Osborne.
He bought the property in August last year, for $1 million, when the rateable value was $840,000.
