A Perth real estate agent has been suspended for six months and fined $5000 after he used $20,000 from his agency’s trust account to settle personal debts.

James Ademola Oladejo, named by Consumer Protection as the bona fide head of Aubin Grove agency Jim’s Realty, was reprimanded by the State Administrative Tribunal over incidents in 2016, which also included making erroneous duplicate payments totalling $10,611.
