More properties sold throughout New Zealand last month, but Waiheke Island saw a phenomenal increase.
Waiheke Real Estate manager and salesperson Paul Brisbane said 62 per cent more properties sold on the island in April this year than in April 2017.
The 34 sales last month were also significantly above the 24 in March.
