A Waiheke Island mansion has been sold after seven years on the market.
It wasn’t the most expensive house up for sale in New Zealand – that honour goes to Twin Peak View in Glenorchy, which has been listed at $33 million, and is now up for negotiation.
But Te Rere Cove Estate in Church Bay Road, Waiheke Island was up there in the price stakes, with the vendors believed to be wanting between $20 million and $30 million.
Now the estate has been sold by Graham Wall Real Estate after just one month as sole agency.
