FORMER prime minister Tony Abbott’s quiet Forestville street is experiencing a mass exodus.
This morning’s post-auction sale of 87 Lady Davidson Circuit marks the second sale in three days — and a third property is still on the market.
Number 87 was initially passed in under the hammer for $1.39 million, but post-auction negotiations saw it sell about twenty minutes later for $1.423 million.
