The clothing-optional, 5.7-hectare holiday spot, which is listed for $380,000, has eight units, five onsite caravans, 51 powered sites, 40 tent sites and a three-bedroom house.
“It’s completely natural all the way through,” says Matt D’Anvers from Coffeys Tourism Properties, which is managing the sale.
