Even if it means getting into their client’s bed for a smooch.
Perth real estate agent Erit David, from EQ Realty, felt the best way to market her new Coolbinia listing would be to get video footage of herself living in the $3 million mansion with her pilates instructor husband Phil, to provide a “personal experience of what a day at the home may feel like”.
It begins with Phil rolling up with his suitcase.
“I invited my husband and from the moment we walked through the gates and went inside, it felt like we were a million miles away and our luxury escape began,” Mrs David says in the voice over.
The couple have a morning kiss in bed before Mrs David brushes her teeth next to her shirtless hubby and they proceed to exercise on the balcony.
