Tamarama homeowner Vanessa Fennell lodged two complaints with the consumer watchdog demanding McGrath real estate agent Simon Exleton is fined and his licence revoked.
The mother of two is said to have been left feeling distressed over efforts to sell her $12.5 million home in Tamarama, Sydney.
