THE ink is dry on the multimillion-dollar sale of a waterfront home on one of the Gold Coast’s most sought after streets.

The $2.15 million sale of the sprawling property on the Isle of Capri’s Amalfi Drive was cemented late last week following a 60-day settlement period.

Marketing agent Eddie Wardale, of Kollosche Prestige Agents, said an expat Australian family living in Vietnam bought the five-bedroom, four-bathroom house.
