A wealthy Florida mother, known as Kricketfelt on TikTok, has taken to social media to showcase her “Milton-proof” mansion as a Category 3 hurricane approaches. In a series of videos, she shared how her family is preparing for the storm, choosing to stay put in their substantial, “commercial-grade” home that her husband constructed.
Despite government warnings urging Floridians to evacuate, the mother of three, along with her husband and their Rottweiler, Zeus, has decided to remain. Their concrete-constructed mansion, situated with the shoreline just beyond the backyard, is prominently featured in her videos. In these clips, she frequently uses strong language while showing viewers around her property.
@kricketfelt So many people showing support!! I appreciate each and everyone of you. I will post post hurricane videos as soon as I can. 🙏🏻❤️🌀#hurricanemilton #florida #floridacoast #fypシ゚viral #prayer #PortRichey #Tampa
Many of her followers quickly responded, with some criticizing her apparent lack of humility, while others sent well-wishes and even encouraged her to livestream during Hurricane Milton. One viewer sarcastically commented, “Humble pie coming right up, ma’am.”
A woman, who goes by the name Kricketfelt on TikTok , shared multiple clips of her and her family’s preparations for the forceful storm, as she made it abundantly clear that they plan to hunker down in their massive ‘commercial grade’ home her husband built
Her defiance and comments about the house’s construction sparked confusion among viewers. “My husband built this house—commercial grade!” she emphasized, insisting that it was solidly built and dismissing criticism from those who pointed out her wealth. Her aggressive tone left some puzzled, with one viewer asking, “Who is she even arguing with?”
Many viewers were left confused by the woman’s aggression in her video as one said: ‘She talking to Milton?’
Nevertheless, a portion of her audience offered words of support, hoping she and her family had the supplies needed to ride out the storm safely. Others, though, expressed concerns for the workers helping her secure the property, hoping they, too, had safe places to go.
The woman then panned over to her massive home, fitted with a large stone driveway filled with pick-up trucks and construction workers helping her family prepare for the storm
Hurricane Milton, currently a Category 5 storm with 160 mph winds, is expected to make landfall as a Category 4 hurricane. Authorities have warned that Milton could bring storm surges of up to 15 feet, potentially inundating areas like Tampa Bay. While many residents have fled, causing massive traffic jams on Florida’s highways, others, like Kricketfelt, have chosen to stay.
The woman’s videos quickly circulated online, sparking others to create their own reaction clips to her explosive comments
As she continued to document her preparations, showing her son’s decision to evacuate and police cars delivering mandatory evacuation orders, Kricketfelt’s posts generated both concern and curiosity across social media.
