The Wellington couple whose terrace was temporarily enclosed by a neighbour’s fence, are having one more go at trying to recoup some of their more than $100,000 in costs for one part of the case.

In the High Court at Wellington on Monday, Peter and Sylvia Aitchison’s lawyer had the uncommon pleasure of having no other lawyers to contradict him before Justice Karen Clark.
