A Queenstown couple turned up at their new rental home to find a fence had been built in front of their garage door, cutting off access.
Tenants Beck Cole and Deo Bohn moved into the Risinghurst Tce, Shotover Country, house on June 28 and were surprised find the wooden fence when they arrived. It had not been there when they earlier viewed the house.
Bohn believed the house may have been built too close to the road making a proposed driveway too steep.
