- An eye-catching rural home that won its category of the Registered Master Builders House of the Year competition is for sale for the first time.
Known as Springrock, the house at 599 Longbush Rd, Martinborough, won builder Mark Hewitt the “Wairarapa New Homes $450,000-$600,000” category of the national competition in 2006.
Owner Roddy Cameron, who is selling by private treaty with a deadline of July 7, expects it will go for about $1.5m.
