A RUN-DOWN one-bedroom apartment in Bondi on the market for the first time in 30 years, has sold for almost $1 million.
Not bad when you consider the last time it sold it went for just $30,000.
The unit, described as “ripe for renovation” in its online listing, attracted more than 50 registered bidders to its auction on Saturday — and sold for $961,000 — a whopping $300,000 more than the price guide.
