A derelict heritage home in St Kilda sold for almost $100,000 above its reserve on Saturday despite being described as “terrifying” by prospective buyers in the pre-auction inspection.
The property at 60 Pakington Street, St Kilda, was dubbed the suburb’s “worst house” and deemed unliveable after the owner moved out some time ago.
