Born and bred in Canberra, James Carter is a third-generation licensed builder who is using his knowledge of the local market along with a diverse background in building and construction management, commercial property development finance and project marketing to achieve some of the city’s record property sales.
The St Edmunds College graduate is a member of the Luton real estate team, and was a finalist in the 2017 AllHomes Rising Star Award, which shines a light on some of the real estate industry’s best up-and-comers. The experience put James in the company of the Territory’s top 10 agents who had been in the industry for less than two years.
