The caravan is situated on a great site (#31) close to camp amenities (toilets, kitchen block, shower block and laundry block).
The grass area to the left is perfect to pitch a tent.
Monthly Camp Fee = $191.60 per month. This fee includes all power and allows you and your immediate family to stay. You can not reside permanently onsite. Dogs are allowed on site.
It currently sleeps (3). 1 x Queen & 1 x King Single. The single could be converted to bunks. There is a kitchen with sink which hand pumps water from a under sink bottle.

The carpet and underlay is 3 weeks old in the annex. The Caravan was painted 3 weeks ago also. The Annex & deck was painted 10 months ago.
Residents must abide by the camp rules. New residents will need to be approved by the Holiday Park owners. We can help with this.
