SKY Racing presenter Victoria Samba and her husband, recruitment firm boss Mitch Hoare, sold their Randwick home for $3,575,000 before yesterday’s scheduled auction.
They had $3 million to $3.3 million hopes for the contemporary five-bedroom home sold by Jason Pantzer of Phillips Pantzer Donnelley.
They paid $2.79 million in 2015 for the two-level home set in a resort-like gardens near The Spot.
