Additionally, upcoming events include weekend cooking retreats priced at $1650, focusing on the fundamentals of a paleo and keto lifestyle, including fermentation, bone broth preparation, and cooking with local organic ingredients.

The property also offers amenities such as ice baths, red light treatment, a float tank, and an infra-red sauna. The vendors are considering a leaseback option. Although the property is listed for sale, the Evanses will remain in the vicinity, as they own a neighboring estate purchased in 2021 for $1.75 million. Plans for enhancements, including a pool and deck, have been submitted for approval.

Previously, the couple sold their Tweed Shire hinterland property for $3.15 million in 2021, having acquired it for $1.2 million in 2014. Their move to the Northern Rivers region followed Pete Evans’ departure from Channel 7’s My Kitchen Rules, which he had hosted for 11 years until 2020. Upon relocating northward, they sold two properties in Malabar for a combined $6 million.
