FRESH off officially walking away from his Di Bella Coffee business for $47 million, Brisbane richlister Phillip Di Bella has listed his inner-city dream home for offers north of $6.5m – all in the name of family.
He told The Courier-Mail that the four bedroom, four bathroom, triple car garage property at 30 Turner Avenue, New Farm, was his wife’s dream home.
“My wife’s got all her touches in there,” he said. “It’s got everything from a beautiful parents retreat area to a (commercial grade) wine cellar.” Among the special features was a lift to all levels, as well as a heated pool with spa jets, sauna and smart home control.
