REAL estate agent Tess Sellwood has transformed her Pimlico miners cottage bringing it into the modern era while retaining its old-world charm.
Ms Sellwood lives in the home with her husband Bill Reddy and two-year-old daughter Patience.
When they bought the home it was run down, had yellow cladding and carpeted floors.
After an extensive renovation there are now timber floors throughout, a white and blue colour scheme, modern kitchen, bathroom and laundry, and large rear deck.
