THE historic Bellevue Hill mansion owned by the famous retail family the Horderns has sold after 84 years of ownership.
The eight-bedroom Mediterranean-style residence at 14 Ginahgulla Rd was on the market for two years, but relauched in a fresh campaign in February with Ray White Double Bay’s Gavin Rubinstein and Elliott Placks.
The agents were tight-lipped when called about the sale this morning, citing strict confidentiality agreements.
