Married at First Sight star Cameron Merchant is offloading his Art Deco apartment that appeared in the 2018 series of the show, as he prepares to welcome his first child with wife Jules Robinson.
Former Married at First Sight star Cameron Merchant is selling his Sydney home of the past three years.
The Kirribilli unit on the lower north shore is due to go under the hammer next weekend with a $900,000 price guide.
The listing comes as Mr Merchant and his wife Jules Robinson, who married in a lavish television wedding in November, prepare for the birth of their first child this year.
The property may appear familiar to fans of the show, with it making an appearance as Mr Merchant’s home in the homestay week of the 2018 season.
Mr Merchant acquired the Kirribilli unit during the peak of the 2017 property boom, and months before being paired up with Ms Robinson on the popular reality show.
CoreLogic reveals that he paid $941,000 and $141,000 above the price guide to secure the one-bedroom property at auction.
Given that he paid around $40,000 in stamp duty on top of the purchase price, the sale of the apartment is not expected to offer any capital return.
